Major Sporting Events Policy

The Major Sporting Events Policy outlines how the organisation manages attendance, flexibility and conduct during major events such as the World Cup or Olympics. Employees may request annual leave or temporary changes to working hours, subject to business needs. 

Watching events at work requires manager approval, and all staff must maintain professionalism, follow internet and mobile rules, avoid unauthorised absence, and uphold standards on behaviour, alcohol, drugs and respect for colleagues.
